Credits come from prepaid packs, which never expire. You spend what you bought, with every action still approved before execution.
The whole allowance is available as soon as the week opens. You can spend it at your own pace, with no day-by-day split.
The allowance starts fresh every Monday at 07:00 Paris time. Any unused remainder does not carry over, and no surcharge is ever triggered automatically. The figure above applies to the Autonomous plan for companies. For accounting-firm and outsourced-CFO plans, the allowance is set during scoping and stated before activation. Operated plans cover an agreed scope and are steered by usage, with no credit counter to track. The offer is currently opening; these terms apply as soon as it is activated.

Each billed entity, file or client includes 2 users in its base plan. An additional user costs €10 excl. VAT per month; an Advisory option does not create a second user allowance.
Credits bought in packs never expire. Subscriptions include a weekly allowance that starts fresh every Monday. How it works is detailed in the Credits section above; no limit triggers an automatic surcharge.
Autonomous includes 150 credits per week, with the allowance reset every Monday at 07:00 Paris time. Accounting-firm and CFO plans are set during scoping. Operated plans display the window, its progress and the next reset without exposing internal credits. See stays deterministic, with no credits or AI; Act uses prepaid packs that never expire.
The price covers the scope and volumes agreed before activation. No overage is billed automatically: any extension of scope or volume is displayed and approved before execution.
A fundraise, sale, VDD or specific audit is priced separately and approved before work starts. Standard offers always stay at the displayed prices.
