3AP prepares, automates and traces operations within the agreed scope. Legal, accounting and decision-making responsibilities remain with their respective holders.
3AP
3AP provides the software, agents, configuration and, depending on the offer, support within the validated scope. 3AP does not replace company management, the chartered accountant or the statutory auditor.
The company
The company remains responsible for its data, decisions, permissions and approval of actions that commit it. It remains responsible for its accounting and filing obligations.
The chartered accountant
The chartered accountant acts under their engagement letter: review, supervision and work that falls within their engagement. 3AP prepares and documents relevant material without replacing professional judgement.
The statutory auditor
The statutory auditor performs their legal duties independently. 3AP logs and exports may support reviewed evidence, without constituting a certification or audit opinion.
